In the field of Information Technology, with a deep understanding and knowledge of various IT operations, a person can achieve anything he or she wants to. Similarly, Deepak Kharbanda with his skills and determination possesses good valuable knowledge and experience in the field of Information Technology.  

Deepak Kharbanda started his career in the year 2000 as a software engineer. He was then responsible for the creation of different effective solutions. He was also responsible for the promotion of various IT resources for the best practices. After working for more than one year, he then started to serve as Project Coordinator in the year 2001. In this position, he successfully managed to deliver quality software products and also effectively carry out the various software applications efficiently.

Kharbanda also effectively managed different projects to meet the customer requirements and expectations. With his extensive leadership skills, he also mentored and managed software engineers to improve productivity. He also worked with high-level business stakeholders of all levels which include support staff to partners. As he obtained good experience after working in different companies, he decided to move a step ahead and started to serve as Project Manager in a reputed company. 

 

He was then responsible for leading multiple projects which include Net Dynamics implementation with more than 30 high-profile consumers. These consumers were facing iOS and different Android applications such as Boston Marathon, U.S. Olympics Team, and various e-commerce android applications. After some time, Deepak Kharbanda was also given the responsibility to facilitate daily scrum, stakeholder demos, and sprint planning sessions.    

 

Along with that, he was also responsible for creating user stories, monitor progress, and assign stories and tasks to the team. He also holds a strong grip on the operations for track reviewing, velocity, and task tracking. Deepak Kharbanda also created a dashboard in JIRA to track projects for the tracking of daily progress. He was also involved in automated testing and continuous integration for the deployment with the help of agile scrum methodology. 

 

Talking about his expertise in Project Planning, he always does the best of it to provide the maximum benefit and productivity. A project plan or planning is also known as the project management plan. In project planning, the document is made that describes how a project will be executed, controlled, and monitored. According to Kharbanda, project planning is very important that comes straight after the initialization of project management phases. 

 

Over time, Deepak Kharbanda gained good knowledge and experience in the field of Information Technology. After working as a Project Manager, Software Engineer, and Program Coordinator, he gained an excellent command over various IT operations. Due to his effective skills and strong willpower, he always stays positive and aware to work consistently to gain more experience and to apply his effective skills.
